Delivery of the goods

Goods are delivered by Registered Priority Mail and upon receiving the parcel, your sign is needed. In the unlikely event, that your goods are not received in time, please, write us, telling the number of your order. If you can not tell us the number of your order, please, provide us with your name, delivery address and the approximate date of your order. We will try to track your order.

Time of delivery

The average time of delivery to European countries is 2-4 weeks, and 3-5 weeks to other countries. In some rare cases your parcels may be delayed in the process of delivery, please, contact us, and we will try to track your parcel.

Delivery price

Delivery price is €16.93 for one parcel. One parcel contains 3 cartons of regular cigarettes or 4 cartons of the slims ones.

Delivery information

All the orders are sent during 72 hours from the moment of confirmation of your payment for the order, excluding weekend and holidays. In case, if your order is divided into two or more parcels, parcels are sent with the interval of one day. As these parcels are shipped in different days, there is a possibility that they will arrive with a difference in several days. For avoiding the fraudulent and for protecting our valuable clients, we send parcels only through Priority Mail.

We want you to be totally satisfied with everything you order from us. Please, have a good look at your purchase, just after receiving it. If you are not satisfied with the condition of the products, or products are different from what you ordered, contact us, and we will give you the instructions for return. Captain Smoker shop can not be responsible for differences in the products quality for the reason of the plant manufacture acting.
